Doctor Simon Erridge

Dr Simon Erridge is the Head of Research and Access at Sapphire Medical, making him a pivotal member of our expert team. Dr Erridge is a medical doctor, graduating from Imperial College London in 2018 with Distinction in Clinical Practice and Clinical Science. He also completed an intercalated BSc in Surgery and Anaesthesia. Dr Simon Erridge has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles and is currently a Research Fellow in the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College London within the Medical Cannabis Research Group. He is currently completing a PhD in the therapeutic evaluation of terpenes and flavonoids from the cannabis plant in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

At Sapphire Medical Clinics, Dr Erridge is responsible for the maintenance and strategy of the UK Medical Cannabis Registry as one of the founding doctors and member of the Registry Steering Group.
