2-Arachidonoylglycerol (commonly known as 2-AG) is a cannabinoid naturally found in the human body. It is found in high concentrations in the central nervous system. 2-AG activates cannabinoid receptors 1 and 2, in addition to TRPV1 channels and GABAA receptors.
